My work

My professional journey took me into a customer success specialist role in which I worked hard to drive retention and growth in customers by understanding their unique needs and guiding them to success. I identified opportunities for customers as well as provided feedback to team members so that they could get the most out of the business’s platform and provide valuable feedback for the company.

I’ve assisted with the management of both marketing and sales in a large corporate store, analyzing long term performance and assisting with digital content creation for the company. I also aided the team by reporting on marketing tactics and identifying possible new avenues of digital growth, ultimately leading the company to online success.

I have experience managing marketing activities, monitoring company performance strategies, researching and analyzing consumer activities. My experience in marketing encompasses both online and offline strategies, giving me a modern perspective on marketing and allowing my expert insight into customer outreach.

As part of the sales and customer support team at Baumuller Dravin A Proizvodni Obrat, I assisted with preparing product orders and processing sales invoices. I ensured that the online store’s prices and contracts were up to date and answered any questioning phone calls from customers. My role gave me a strong understanding of customer interaction as well as the world of digital marketing.
